This five bedroom, three bathroom villa with pool is nestled behind two hundred trees for complete privacy.

Flagstone floors carry you effortlessly between the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a flow designed for lingering dinners, laughter with friends and quiet mornings by the pool. Outdoors, towering greenery surrounds a private pool, fire pit, and dining pavilion, creating the feeling of a secluded retreat in the desert. Inside, uncluttered interiors are curated with comfort in mind: well-appointed bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and thoughtful details throughout the home, including “a completely stocked kitchen” “a coffee and tea bar with Yeti cups,” and “extras we didn’t even know we needed." Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, The Verdānt is just minutes from Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons, and TPC Scottsdale, with Old Town shops and galleries a short drive away. Every stay can be elevated with curated concierge services such as private chef dinners, in-villa yoga, massage, or wine tastings. This house really exceeded our expectations. Prior to arrival communication with Natalie was perfect so checking in was easy and appreciated. When you open the door the house is stunning. It was in perfect condition when we got there, clean, fully stocked with anything we needed, and had every small thing you don’t think about but wind up using. The inside of the house was elegant and everything was first class. The beds were comfortable. The showers are amazing, the kitchen is fully updated. The amount of effort put into the detail of this place was amazing. The outside was the most peaceful place we’ve stayed. Private, covered in greenery, calming pool and sitting area. And the hummingbirds were a beautiful added touch. Overall, one of the best places we have ever stayed. We will be looking for it every time we come to Phoenix. Thank you, Natalie for everything, you were amazing.

Our stay at the Verdant was nothing sort of magic ! The home is impeccably designed and furnished - maintains the rare balance of chic, but comfortable. Kitchen is superbly stocked with high quality appliances and serving ware and we never felt in need of anything (again rare). Natalie could not have been a better host - prompt, helpful, and super kind. Cant recommend staying here enough. Thank you Natalie for this fabulous retreat !

🌿 Our stay at The Verdānt was genuinely special. The space holds a rare kind of calm — the kind that isn’t loud or performative, but quietly regulating. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard, the greenery, and the thoughtful design immediately softened our nervous systems. It’s one of those homes that subtly invites you to slow down. We ended up extending our stay more than once, and Natalie handled everything seamlessly and promptly each time. Communication was clear, kind, and effortless. There was never a moment of uncertainty — which matters more than people realize when you’re traveling. The home itself feels intentional. Private, lush, and beautifully maintained. It gave my mind a place to rest. We left feeling clearer than when we arrived. Natalie is a responsive and gracious host, and her space reflects that same energy 🌼

The home is STUNNING in person! We absolutely loved hosting our mini retreat here and we can’t wait to come back. The pool was heated and we hired a private chef for one our dinners making it a stay we hardly left!

I was madly photographing the property from AM to PM to remember the depth and breadth of our experience and bring it home. I followed this house when it was The Brexley and I’m so glad I waited to stay here to see it transformed into The Verdant! We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was wonderful! The house was beautiful, peaceful, and so clean. It was fully stocked with everything you could need- a cute coffee bar, cooking tools, cocktail supplies, serving platters, hair ties in every bathroom, sunscreen, comfy robes… there was nothing we needed that the house didn’t have. The beds were cozy, the outside space was magical, and all the tiny details just set the stay over the top. Natalie was super helpful and kind too! Nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Just perfection!
